Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. From that moment, the estimated delivery times are up to 5 business days.
Once your order is completed, it cannot be modified or have items removed. If you need to make changes, you can request a return after receiving your order.
Once your order is invoiced, you will receive an email with the subject “ALDO Invoice”, including your invoice as an attachment.
Yes! If you wish to cancel an order that hasn’t been paid yet, please get in touch with our Customer Service team at aldo@aldoshoes.com.cy. The order will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed within 24 hours.
Once an order has been paid, cancellation is not possible. However, after receiving it, you can return it within 30 days through your customer account or at an ALDO store. If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email from Customer Service, and the amount will be refunded via the original payment method. You can then choose to place a new order if you wish.

We deliver across most of Cyprus, except for certain remote areas. In these cases, your order will be available for pickup at the nearest ACS point. You can also shop online and pick up your order for free at any ALDO store.
