Returns

All items purchased from ALDO Cyprus online store can be returned within 30 days, in any ALDO store in Cyprus or returned by courrier (see “Return by courier” below), in the original packaging, without use and with the purchase receipt.

If you wish to exchange and in order to shorten the process and ensure greater stock availability, we suggest placing a new order while awaiting the refund.

The item to be returned must be in perfect condition:

- Make sure that the item is unworn, unwashed and with no use marks;

- Ensure that the item is returned with all its original packaging and labelling;

- Always with the all the original packaging (ALDO's box inside order's box).

Return in store

You can return your items to any ALDO store in Cyprus, as long as it is in the same market where you made your purchase.

The refund of the corresponding amount paid for the returned item will be in the same way in which you made your purchase.

Return by courier
To return an item purchased from the ALDO Cyprus online store by courier, you must send us the unused item by mail, in the original packaging, properly packaged and identified with the original order number to:

In this case client assumes any shipping cost. Products need to be returned to the specific address and not to courier delivery point.

If the returned items do not meet the return requirements, ALDO reserves the right not to accept the exchange/return and to refuse to refund them, with the items available for pickup at our distribution center.

Refund
Once the returned order has been received and the return conditions confirmed, ALDO will reimburse the amount corresponding to the returned item, in the same modality in which you made your purchase, within an estimated period of 6-8 business days.
